MBI Concepts Corporation is a company dedicated to asking questions. We understand that each company, agency or educational institution is unique. We operate on the principle that every organization desires a team dedicated to its success. Questions need to be asked if this is not the case. Are there dramatic steps that I, as the Chief Executive Officer, agency head, executive, principal or first-line manager can take to improve my team's performance?
In any organization it is the employee in front of the customer that makes the difference. Whether you call that person a "call center operator," a "sales clerk," or a "teacher," this person represents their organization. If this individual is motivated, dedicated, enthusiastic and engaged - the customer experience will be a good one. Motivated employees will drive themselves to new heights and drag their corporation or agency along with them.
We suggest practices that were proven successful in one of the greatest corporations during the greatest economic downturn in history - "The IBM" during the Great Depression. During this time, Thomas J. Watson Sr. inspired trust and confidence in every employee. No it wasn't perfect; nothing ever is. It just succeeded for a century.
